Why Good Clients Lead to Successful Projects

Zvi Greenheim, President Cotel Contracting and Renovation

As a general contractor working on residential and commercial renovation in New York City, I get to work with many interesting and intelligent clients. That being said, general contractors sometimes get a bad rap, when it may be the client whom is not educated in the process of the job; “a little knowledge can be a bad thing.”  I recently read an article in Fine Homebuilding magazine,  “Why Good Clients Lead to Successful Projects,” which touches upon the involvement of the client, which may help in dealing with the contractor and architect, in relationship to the project. The article states,

“no one wants to disappoint an owner
with whom it is a delight to work.”

This blog is meant for you — our readers. Here we’ll include ideas that will help you with your residential or commercial project. We’ll update you on important information regarding construction and trends in the NYC area, as well as tips for making your project as successful as can be. You’ll also find info about our most recent home or commercial remodeling projects (interior and exterior), as well as company news and other important and helpful information. Help us get started by leaving a comment below; letting us know what blog posts you’d like to see in the future.
