Demolition, Renovation, Partition Work, Doors and Windows, Molding and Trim, Plastering and Painting, Floor Installation, Tile Work, Stone Marble and Granite Installation, Custom Cabinetry, Plumbing, Electric and Air Conditioning.
Cotel Contracting provides residential and commercial projects in NYC and Northern NJ, including all aspects of construction work.
Residential work includes home improvements, residential renovations, combining of adjacent spaces and creation of duplex apartments. Services also includes gutting and complete redesigning of brownstones and single family homes.
Commercial work also includes construction and improvements of restaurants, retail stores, manufacturers’ showrooms, office space and lobbies.
The Cotel team is comprised of a talented group of carpenters and artisans who have grown with the company since inception. Our subcontractors— plumbers, electricians, heating and air conditioning contractors, woodworkers, stone and tile vendors—are highly respected in their fields.
Cotel Contracting has put together many professional projects which have been featured in design and trade magazines such as
Habitat and Restaurant/Hotel Design International. The company was the recipient of an award given by the New York Landmark West Association for its work in reconstructing a brownstone on the Upper West Side.
